租衣服流程须知

Please read both language versions before booking. These guidelines protect renters, owners and every dress in the shared wardrobe.

Important / 重要： Rental prices and bonds are determined with reference to the dress purchase price, replacement cost and condition. Damage, staining, odour, missing parts and late return may result in proportionate bond deductions. / 租金与押金会根据裙子的购入价格、重置成本和状态决定；破损、污渍、异味、配件遗失及逾期归还可能按比例扣除押金。

1. Pricing, hire period & booking

一、价格、租期与预订

  1. 1.The displayed rental price covers up to three days of use and excludes delivery. A one-day or several-hour hire is charged at the same three-day rate unless a special one-day rate is stated on the listing.
  2. 2.The hire period begins when the renter receives or collects the dress and ends when it is lodged for return or handed back. Shipping time before receipt and after a timely return is not counted.
  3. 3.A fourth day and every additional day may incur an extension fee. Longer trips of six days or more and bookings of two or more dresses may be quoted separately.
  4. 4.Availability is secured only after the booking and required bond are paid. Verbal enquiries, messages and tentative holds do not reserve a dress.
  5. 5.Popular dresses should generally be booked at least one week ahead. Same-day collection or courier delivery is only available when the dress is ready and unbooked.

  2. 2.租期从租客实际收到或自取裙装时开始，在按时交寄退回或当面归还时结束。寄出到收货前、按时寄回后的快递运输时间不计入租期。
  3. 3.第四天起可能收取续租费。六天以上旅行或同时租两件及以上，可另行询价。
  4. 4.只有完成预订并支付所需押金后才算锁定档期；口头预订、私信询问或临时保留均不构成正式预订。
  5. 5.热门裙装建议至少提前一周预订。当日自取或闪送仅限裙装有档期且已准备好的情况。

  1. 1.Rental prices and bonds are set with reference to the original purchase price, replacement cost, fabric, rarity, current condition and cleaning requirements of each dress.
  2. 2.A bond is required before dispatch. The dress will not be sent or released until the bond requirement shown on the listing has been satisfied.
  3. 3.New or first-hire pieces may be priced higher. Rental prices may reduce over time as a dress is hired more often. Any known flaw will be disclosed in the listing or before dispatch and may be reflected in a lower rental price.
  4. 4.The bond is refundable after the returned dress has been inspected, less any agreed cleaning, repair, damage, missing-item, late-return or replacement charges.

  2. 2.发货前必须按页面要求支付押金；押金未完成则不会发货或交付裙装。
  3. 3.全新或首次出租的裙装价格可能较高。随着出租次数增加，租金可能逐步降低；已知瑕疵会在页面或发货前说明，并可能相应降低租金。
  4. 4.裙装归还并检查后退回押金；如产生清洁、维修、破损、配件遗失、逾期或重置费用，将按规则从押金中扣除。

3. Damage, stains and deductions

  1. 1.Strong odour, makeup, fake tan, oil, food, drink, mud, dye transfer or staining that requires specialist cleaning may incur the documented cleaning cost.
  2. 2.Repairable tears, pulled threads, broken fastenings or visible damage may incur the repair cost plus a reasonable loss-of-value deduction, generally assessed in proportion to the effect on future rentals.
  3. 3.Removing a brand label, care label, hanging loops or supplied accessories may result in a substantial bond deduction. As a guide, a missing garment label may incur up to 50% of the bond and removed hanging loops up to 30%.
  4. 4.Do not use safety pins, brooches or needles on the fabric. Deliberate pin holes may be charged per hole; multiple or prominent holes may be treated as irreparable damage.
  5. 5.If a dress is lost, not returned, permanently stained, severely torn or otherwise uneconomical to repair, the full bond may be retained and the dress may be left with the renter. Special fabrics may have stricter garment-specific terms stated on the listing.
  6. 6.Photographs and condition notes taken before dispatch and after return may be used when assessing any deduction. Receipts should be provided for external cleaning or repair charges where available.

  2. 2.可修复的破损、抽丝、扣件损坏或明显瑕疵，可扣除维修费，并按对后续出租价值的影响合理扣除折损费用。
  3. 3.不得拆除品牌标、洗标、晾衣绳或随衣配件。参考标准：衣标遗失最高可扣押金50%，晾衣绳被剪除最高可扣押金30%。
  4. 4.请勿使用安全别针、胸针或针具直接扎入面料。人为针眼可按个扣费；多个或明显针眼可能按无法修复处理。
  5. 5.如裙装遗失、不归还、永久染色、严重破损或维修已不具经济价值，可扣除全部押金，裙装可由租客保留。特殊面料可能在商品页面标注更严格的规则。
  6. 6.发货前与归还后的照片及状态记录可作为扣费依据；外部清洁或维修费用在可行时应提供付款凭证。

4. Wear and care

  1. 1.Keep dresses away from seawater, swimming pools, spas, heavy rain, mud, sand, smoke, candles, open flames and rough surfaces. Beach photography is permitted only when the dress will not touch seawater, wet sand or rocks.
  2. 2.Apply perfume, deodorant, body oil, lotion, makeup, hairspray and fake tan before dressing. Allow products to dry fully and use a protective cover when makeup is applied after dressing.
  3. 3.Do not wash, dry-clean, steam at high heat, iron, alter, hem, cut, glue, tape or attempt repairs unless written approval is given. Contact us promptly if an accident occurs.
  4. 4.Take care with jewellery, handbags, Velcro, sequins, rough seating and heels, which can snag delicate fabric. Do not drag trains or hems on the ground.
  5. 5.The renter is responsible for the dress from receipt until it is safely returned. Please treat every garment as if it were your own—protecting the wardrobe keeps beautiful pieces available for everyone.
  1. 1.裙装须远离海水、泳池、温泉、大雨、泥地、沙地、烟雾、蜡烛、明火及粗糙表面。海边拍摄仅限裙装不会接触海水、湿沙或岩石的情况。
  2. 2.香水、止汗剂、身体油、乳液、彩妆、定型喷雾和假晒产品应在穿衣前使用并充分晾干；穿衣后化妆时请使用防护罩。
  3. 3.未经书面同意，请勿自行水洗、干洗、高温蒸汽、熨烫、改衣、剪裁、粘贴或修补。发生意外请第一时间联系我们。
  4. 4.首饰、手袋、魔术贴、亮片、粗糙座椅及鞋跟容易勾丝，请特别留意；长裙摆不可在地面拖行。
  5. 5.从收到裙装到安全归还期间，租客应负责保管。请像爱护自己的衣服一样保护每件裙装——保护裙子，人人有责。

5. Delivery, return and late fees

五、配送、归还与逾期

  1. 1.We may dispatch early so the dress arrives before the event. Early dispatch does not start the hire period; the period begins on confirmed delivery or collection.
  2. 2.Return the dress by the agreed deadline using tracked shipping and retain the lodgement receipt. If the deadline is 12:00 pm, the parcel must be lodged by that time unless otherwise agreed.
  3. 3.Late returns may affect the next renter. Extension or late fees may be charged for each delayed day, together with reasonable costs caused by a missed subsequent booking.
  4. 4.Tell us immediately about delivery delays. Carrier delays outside the renter’s control will be assessed fairly when tracking shows the parcel was lodged on time.
  5. 5.Use the original protective packaging where possible. The renter is responsible for secure packaging and correct addressing when returning the dress.

  2. 2.请在约定截止时间前使用可追踪快递寄回，并保留寄件凭证。如约定中午12点前归还，则须在该时间前完成交寄，除非另有书面约定。
  3. 3.逾期可能影响下一位租客。每延迟一天可收取续租或逾期费用；如导致后续订单受影响，也可能收取合理损失。
  4. 4.快递延误请立即联系我们。若物流记录证明租客已按时交寄，非租客可控的承运商延误会合理处理。
  5. 5.尽量使用原防护包装归还；寄回时租客须确保包装牢固、地址正确。

6. Cleaning, fit and personal items

  1. 1.Standard post-hire cleaning is normally managed by the owner unless the listing states otherwise. Extra cleaning caused by misuse, heavy staining or odour may be deducted from the bond.
  2. 2.Check measurements carefully before booking. Fit can vary between designers, and the listed size is a guide rather than a guarantee. Temporary alterations are not permitted without approval.
  3. 3.Try the dress on in a clean, dry space and avoid makeup, food, pets and smoking during fitting. Contact us promptly if the item appears different from its disclosed condition.
  4. 4.Check pockets and packaging before return. We are not responsible for personal items left in a dress, garment bag or parcel.
  1. 1.常规租后清洁通常由裙装方负责，除非页面另有说明。因不当使用、严重污渍或异味产生的额外清洁费可从押金中扣除。
  2. 2.预订前请仔细核对尺寸。不同设计师品牌版型会有差异，标注尺码仅供参考，不构成合身保证；未经同意不得临时改衣。
  3. 3.试穿应在干净干燥的环境进行，并避开彩妆、食物、宠物及吸烟环境。如收到的裙装状态与已披露情况不符，请及时联系。
  4. 4.归还前请检查口袋和包装；遗留在裙装、衣袋或包裹中的个人物品不承担保管责任。

7. Cancellations and changes

  1. 1.Cancellation and date-change requests should be made as early as possible. Any refund or credit depends on notice, whether dispatch has begun and whether the reserved dates can be rebooked.
  2. 2.Once a dress has been dispatched, rental and delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the item is materially different from the listing or otherwise required by law.
  3. 3.Event cancellation, change of mind, incorrect size choice or personal circumstances do not automatically entitle the renter to a full refund. We will always try to find a fair practical solution.
  4. 4.If the owner must cancel because the dress is damaged, delayed or unavailable, the renter will be offered a suitable alternative or a refund of amounts paid for that dress.
  1. 1.取消或改期应尽早提出；是否退款或保留额度将根据通知时间、是否已发货及原档期能否再次出租决定。
  2. 2.裙装发出后，租金及配送费可能不予退还，除非实物与页面存在重大不符或法律另有要求。
  3. 3.活动取消、个人改变主意、尺码选择错误或个人原因并不自动产生全额退款权利，但我们会尽力协商合理方案。
  4. 4.如因裙装损坏、延误或无法提供而由裙装方取消，将提供合适替代品或退还该件裙装已支付的款项。
